Reviewers ignoring sellers

Inside this website forum, we may understand there are some sellers that ignore reviewer's petitions for any reasons though most times should be nicer by any answer... but those sellers that trust and care about petitions and cooperation, are giving an answer and when sending keywords and links, those reviewers never answer. I think this should be ignored and pass...

¿What do you think about this problem? ¿Should those testers be penalised if so?

It would be nice to hear honest opinion of everyone.

I think that sometimes the users of this forum are not very active, and one day they ask for a review and, perhaps, they forget it.
When they want to re-enter the forum, they may not believe that the purchase can be made, or they may be afraid that their money will not be returned because so much time has elapsed.
I don't know... I try to close all my reviews on time. Now I'm doing around 1 per week, o more.

It is really awesome that people like you are taking care of amazon accounts, that means you do follow good advices. It is quite normal users from here not always get connected or leave for a while. The real issue is that if someone usually gets into this and you may notice her/his activity is recent like commented sowhere or replied another user and then everytime, it is not quite nice at all and you may be afraid of asking again and not being anwered and maybe complain and then you may not resolve or save for yourself to not get into any discussion...
